Refund policy

Because our candles are poured in small batches, all sales are final.

If your candle arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, email us at orders.zenn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

We’re not able to accept returns for candles that have been used, burned, or damaged through normal wear, improper care, or personal preference (for example, if you decide you don’t like the scent).

This policy applies to purchases made directly through zenn.shop.
